Prepare the Burger:

  • Gochujang Mayonnaise, 400.0 g
  • Lamb, patties 10.0 pc
  • Beef, patties 10.0 pc
  • Pepper jack cheese, slices 10.0 pc
  • Pickled Red Onion, prepared 500.0 g
  • Cilantro, chopped 250.0 g
  • Hamburger buns, halved 10.0 pc
  • Red onion, julienne 300.0 g
  • Cabbage purple, shredded 200.0 g

Preparation

  1. Gochujang Mayonnaise:

    • CombineHellmann's Sandwich Mayonnaisewith Gochujang paste.

  2. Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:

    • Bring all ingredients except the onions and cabbage to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and add vegetables.
    • Allow to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.

  3. Prepare the Burger:

    • Season and cook patties to desired temperature.
    • Spread Gochujang Mayonnaise on buns.
    • Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
